Welcome to The Clock Repairier/The Repairist.
Having been mentored by the former third generation horologist/owner of Sussex Clock Centre, Crowborough, we can repair all types of clocks.
Please make contact so we can discuss your requirements. PLEASE NOTE, VISITS, DROP OFFS AND COLLECTIONS ARE STRICTLY BY PRE-ARRANGED APPOINTMENT ONLY. There is a waiting period to have a clock serviced, although we will always attempt to return a clock to its home as soon as possible. Once we have been contacted regarding a clock service/repair we will advise the cost to get it working again prior to carrying out any work.

SERVICES
At The Repairist we service and repair clocks and we occasionally repair other items such as barometers, music boxes, lamps and many more. We enjoy a challenge and can investigate repairing an item for you.
We service all types of clocks, long case, carriage, mantel, pendulum, platform, floating balance and gravity movements to name a few. We can also replace broken quartz (battery) movements).
We can have new glass made and many other parts where necessary.

CLOCK SERVICING & REPAIR
Servicing a clock takes time, knowledge and patience (often a lot) to get it ticking away again. We will always try to service a clock first, but if a new part or parts are needed, repairs will take longer and cost more. We realise that many clocks have a high sentimental value and many customers are overwhelmed when they hear a clock chiming once again, evoking memories of their childhood at home, Grand parents, etc.
